There was this old lady in the queue at Barclays Bank just ahead of Robert the other day. She was not from Bentham and she wanted to draw out some money. The cashier asked her to identify herself. She dug in her voluminous handbag, took out her powder compact, looked in the mirror and said to the cashier "Yes, it’s me".

We are both OK and life trundles on. It’s got quite cold again this week and we gather it’s colder in London than it is in Vancouver. Is this a bad omen for 2012? It started snowing again on Tuesday so Pikey couldn't go to quilting.

"You don’t appreciate a lot of stuff in school until you get older. Little things like being spanked every day by a middle aged woman: stuff you pay good money for in later life" Erno Phillips, US comedian.
Loads of ♥♥♥♥♥♥ from Robert and Pikey
