Sorry about the rushed and uninformative and panicky blog earlier today but from bitter experience if we don't do the blog at the usual time on Friday people tend to ring up and ask "What's wrong?"
"What's wrong?" is precisely what we asked the quacks at the RLI. We spent at least four hours in Accident and Emergency with a really nice doctor and some very pleasant nurses. In the end Robert got bored with sitting on a hard chair with nothing to do and as they had by then decided to keep her in he ahs come home. She is in good hands in the Medical Assessment Unit now and they are doing all sorts of tests to see what caused her to be unable to wee and also unable to use her legs. It was really quite concerning this morning before the ambulance came to cart her off.
