We've had a quite and sunny week.
The weather's been really nice and we've got out into the garden quite a lot.
On Thursday we went to the Splint Clinic to have Pikey's cast checked over. It's fine and the leg underneath seems to be healing well.
We are now just waiting until two weeks time to see if the consultant thinks she can put weight on it again. In the meantime we are seeing the Orthotics Department next week to try to organise for her calliper to be altered as the top strap is exactly in the same place as the fracture - Sod's Law - it's absolutely infallible, isn't it?
We often laugh about unsuitable names given to children and thought the birth notice below was a perfect example of how to make boys' life hell at school later in life.
Today, it is exactly 71 years since Robert's parents told him to take cover under the kitchen table as war had been declared against Germany and they were bound to bomb us that very afternoon!!!
Loads of ♥♥♥♥♥♥ from Robert and Pikey
