Dateline Woodstock just round the back of Marlborough's little pad at Blenheim.....
No jokes just pictures today.

One of the raison d'etres of this trip south was to deliver this quilt .....

....... to Annie.

While we were with Robyn, Tony and Annie we went to Hinton Ampner and.....

... they left us in the disabled carpark.
Then on to Woodstock and the Offens via a splendid lunch at the Segroves at Beaconsfield

We went to Waterperry Gardens on Thursday with the Offens
and Robert created this picture of which he is inordinately proud.

On then today we went to Charlecote with them
.... super setting but a rather disappointing house.
Love from Robert and Pikey.

how was it disappointing?
It was disappointing because though most of the outside was Tudor the rear elevation overlooking the river was Victorian and the majority of the interior was Victorian. But they did have a wondeful inlaid marble table - the largest in the wrold see www.theheritagetrail.co.uk/stately%20homes/Charlecote%20Park.htm
