Oh, to be in England, now that April's here. 
What he actually wrote was "Oh, to be in England now that April's there" 'cos the chap was in Italy (?) Anyway enough of this intellectual poetic nonsense.....
The top picture is of Elinor, last Sunday on top of Steeple with Pillar behind her and Brindley. She's not going to get lost because she's go the OS Sheet in one hand and the dog's collar in the other!
The flower picures were taken up our main drive and in the field across the road and show England at its best; from the top gorse in the field hedgerow; new horse chestnut leaves down the drive; primroses by the drive; blackthorn blossom in the same place. How long this fantastic weather will last is a totally different matter. The garden now needs watering in early April!!!!
Nothing really earth shattering has happened this week - Pikey's Ferrari had its first annual service - no problems - Robyn and her tribe got back safely from France and no doubt suitable photos will be beamed up here for me to put on next week's blog which will be published one day early as we are off to Scotland on Friday the usual publication day.
We posted off the Myeloma Appeal responses having got 1,119 signatures not counting the ones posted direct onto the Myeloma website. Well done everybody.
