No pictures of grandchildren cuddling pets this week, but this is Charlie on his mountain bike flying through the air. He recently had a nasty fall - not surprising - and was out of action for a few weeks. He is better now so he can have another nasty fall whenever he feels so inclined. His mother, Kate is not amused. But then that's kids for you..... She has promised me a photograph of either Charlie or Patrick with Penny their dog in cuddlesome mode to put on the blog but nothing's yet come through the ether.
We had a rather frustrating week - Pikey tried to survive without any steroids but it didn't work and so we are taking the consultant's advice and going back on the steroids and reducing them over a period of six weeks. It was worth a try.
No other rivetting news from North Yorkshire.
