GOOD NEWS.
On Tuesday we went to the Hospital in Lancaster to see the chest specialist to see if Pikey’s pneumonia had cleared up satisfactorily. Pikey disliked the specialist who had not got a particularly good bedside manner so we were pleased that e saw his Registrar a very nice Scottish lady doctor who said she didn’t want to see her for another three months. That as a great relief as Pikey had had a sneaking feeling that she might have been called back into hospital in which, after the traumas in Ward 4, we were going to refuse to agree to!!!
They came to put the new stair-lift in today but had miscalculated the bottom step so we have got to have that altered on Monday.
Spring is here judging by the blossom but not the temperature. Here are some pictures from the garden.
