Forget the General Election …more important things are afoot.
Robert has been busy getting the staircase adapted for the new stair-lift for Pikey. The bottom step of the staircase has had to be extended right along the passage into the hall to allow for easier transfers between wheelchair and stair-lift and they couldn’t screw the rail to the existing floor due to the under-floor central heating hence the false floor now in place. They are due to fit the new stair-lift next week although whether Pikey will be able to use it with her full length “pot” is debatable. The reason this blog is slightly late is that Robert couldn't get upstairs to post it due to the wet varnish!!!
Robyn’s firm, Terra Firma, is twenty five years old and we thought that you could be interested in seeing some local Hampshire publicity about it. You’ll spot Robyn at the front left in the photo – she’s the senior associate (second in command) at the firm and was there well before the advent of Lionel Fanshawe!!!

We are fine and coping with Pikey’s enforced “bungaloid” form of living and the new car is a fantastic boon.
Loads of ♥♥♥♥♥♥ from Robert and Pikey
