We thought that you would like to see a new picture at the top of the blog!! It's Tornado, the brand new steam engine which has just been built, crossing Ribblehead Viaduct which was built by Pikey's great great grandfather.
No real news this week. The Offens have left and we really did enjoy their visit and we are now awaiting the arrival of the Browns on their way back from their time-share in Langdale.
Pikey has now got a date for her spinal injections in mid November; we just hope they give her some relief - although the new drugs give her some help they have not cured the problem - if indeed there is a cure.
