How the devil we coped before the internet we now have no idea. Robert has been hard at it updating subscriptions and catching up with three month's unanswered emails, repairing his virus protection which had all expired and upadting his systems.

Life is far less frustrating now we are on as even a keel as we ever were. It was rather like going aground and waiting for the tide to float you off - at least the tide in controlled by the moon - maybe BT would be more efficient if it was controlled by it as well. At least there would be something in control!!!!
