Now we are back home the sun seems to have come out permanently so we've spent the whole week (apart from one trip to the doctor and one to the dentist) in the garden. Global warming seems to have advanced all the plants - the tulips are nearly over - and the lambs have put on more weight than seems credible. Please God, let it rain for the sake of all the new bedding plants!
We are off next week to stay with Pikey's cousin near Royston before going to the wedding of Nicholas (Robert's nephew and Pikey's godson) in Stamford. So next week's blog maybe delayed.
