Despite the intense heat and humidity we had a good week.

Robert did his cardiac rehabilitation on Tuesday and Thursday and got really warm and exhausted in the gymnasium at Westmorland General.

On Wednesday, the hottest day of all, we went to Royal Lancaster Infirmary where Pikey had her "pot" off and is now in an elasticated stocking on her right leg although still advised to use her crutches. Actually she finds her wheelchair much easier around the house.

Our new easy chair and foot-stool were delivered on Thursday and the sitting room is now sorted out as exactly as these two "old crocks" want it.

We are away on Monday until Thursday with the trailer and her Ferrari. To see how that works, tune in next Friday!!

Love

Robert and Pikey
