All the news (good or bad) from Summerhill Stables

We’ve had a good week but there was quite a cold snap although we got out into the garden to do some rose pruning – it’s been a lovely afternoon today and Pikey sat in her wheelchair in the doorway and dozed while Robert collected the car from a service in Lancaster.

Robyn’s always been one for decorating envelopes and here’s a sample of Annie’s handiwork on an envelope received yesterday – Annie’s mad on stickers and now very interested in birthdays – thus the reference to Pikey’s age although it’s a wee bit previous as she’s only 63 at present – she’s 64 next month!!

This is the article on the back page of the Bentham News – the reference to the “ultimate control freak” was approved by Robert!!!
