All the news (good or bad) from Summerhill Stables

Last week has been a quiet week with only two visitors!!! Pikey’s cousin Mark and his wife Jan from the land of Oz came for two nights. Pikey and he had a lot to talk about over the Sutherland-Harris family from which they are both descended and we all exchanged news about our respective families. Robert listened and picked up tit-bits for the ever-growing family tree. He's now found dozens more Hollands - was that really necessary??? NO!!

After last week’s fantastic weather while the Canadians were here, it rained solidly during the Australians visit.

Not much other news and next week we have no visitors at all which will be odd.

Now Pikey is off her chemo pro tem she is feeling far less sick although the amount of morphine she’s on makes her very sleepy.

We are just glad that we haven’t met this ramp while Robert is out pushing her in the wheelchair........
