No real news as such and no relevant pictures this week but we thought you would like to see a sunrise over Ingleborough taken from our first floor landing at some unmentionable hour in the morning earlier this summer.
We bought a new kitchen table this week as the existing one was getting a bit rickety when we both tried to push up from it. Also the old one was oval and as the new one is square Robert can now read his paper at breakfast without getting it covered in marmalade etc etc. He's a messy eater at the best of times.
Pikey had to take her new boots back to orthotics to have the caliper adjusted which will take a week.
We have Mike and Anne Brown coming tomorrow on their way back from the Lake District; we are hoping to go with them to Storth Embankment to cut through the wire which tripped Robert up earlier this year. Revenge is a wild form of justice.
