It is Robert's birthday and he is typing this in bed with the early morning tea.
We are staying with the Offens in Woodstock as we all went to a Jubilee lunch in Marlow yesterday which was great fun. We are off to stay with Robert's brother Mark today for two nights. Home on Monday via Pikey's cousin at Great Chishill.
I have included a picture of a giraffe which Patrick or Rosemary Segrove took on their recent safari trip to Africa. This acknowledgement of the photograph's provenance was sadly lacking from the photograph of Storth Embankment last week which was taken by Michael Brown and which I failed to acknowledge as his copyright - my humble and grovelling apologies.
